The KLM Sparkle Service
Whether it’s your favourite KLM necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings, as part of our service your piece will be cleaned in our workshop, replated with three microns (layers) of 9ct gold to bring them back to their sparkling glory.
Send your jewels to us including your order number in the package following the return instructions which will be sent to you via email on purchase.
- The KLM Sparkle service is for KLM jewellery only.
- We will return your jewels usually within 2 weeks of receiving them to the address you enter at checkout.
- This service is only available for UK customers. Please contact us if you are an international customer and would like to use the Sparkle Service.
During the Christmas Season, where possible, all orders will be dispatched within our usual time frame, however please bear with us during the busy sale period. To avoid disspointment check our UK and International Christmas delivery dates here.
Orders are sent in a beautiful KLM jewellery box including a pouch for safekeeping.
