Whether it’s your favourite KLM necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings, as part of our service your piece will be cleaned in our workshop, replated with three microns (layers) of 9ct gold to bring them back to their sparkling glory.

Send your jewels to us including your order number in the package following the return instructions which will be sent to you via email on purchase.

  • The KLM Sparkle service is for KLM jewellery only.
  • We will return your jewels usually within 4-6 weeks of receiving them to the address you enter at checkout.
