SHIPPING

UK Delivery
We have carefully selected DPD as our delivery provider. In-stock pieces will be sent within 2 - 7 working days (although this may be longer during sale and busy periods). Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as an item has been dispatched.

Pre-order
Our current pre-order lead time is up to 3 weeks depending on the item. If you would like a more accurate lead-time for a product just pop us an email to info@kirstielemarque.com.

Next Day Delivery
Items marked “NEXT DAY DELIVERY” will be sent via 24 Hour UK Signed & Tracked Delivery on the day of order at no extra charge (orders must be made before 12 noon Monday - Thursday).

International Deliveries 
We currently ship to European Countries, America and Australia. If you wish to have an item shipped to an alternative international destination, please email us at info@kirstielemarque.com.

Depending on your location international deliveries will take between 7 - 14 days. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as an item has been dispatched.

Please note that all duties and taxes due on international orders are payable by the customer.

Please note; our Customer Service emails are reviewed between 10am - 4pm, Mon - Fri. Please expect a response to your message within 48 hours of sending.
