Please ensure that if you wish to return your item, it is sent back in the condition that you received it and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons.
We recommend that you return the item using Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and the original postage costs will not be refunded.
Shipping costs cannot refunded unless items are deemed faulty.
Goldplating and Blackened Silver will rub off over time. We will replate items for you but there may be a charge for this service. Please email email@example.com for more information.
We will repair any item free of charge within a period of 6 months after delivery: All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If the item is deemed faulty (not through wear and tear) and returned within 30 days you will receive a full refund. If your item is over 6 months old or we deem the item to have been damaged by the wearer there will be a charge for this service.
