All other postcodes can order up until 23:59 on 20th December.
For orders after this time you are very welcome to come and collect pieces from our North London showroom. We will be available up until 5pm on Friday 23rd December, just email us on email@example.com before your visit and we will have your jewels waiting to be collected.
EU & International Delivery
For EU and the Rest of the World, please use 7th December as a guide for last Christmas orders, however we will of course do our best to accommodate specific requests after this date but, please do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
Christmas Opening Times
The KLM office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23rd December until Wednesday 4th January. All orders placed in this period will be send from 4/5th January onwards. Please do not send any returns over this period too as they will not be delivered.
We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not happy, we ask you to please return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that your jewellery is unworn, unaltered and is returned to us as you received it. We ask that your return is sent back to us in its original packaging and that you include our completed returns form.
You must pay for the cost of returning items if they are not damaged or faulty. Please note that your statutory right to return goods that are not damaged or faulty is limited to 14 days from the date of delivery. However, we have chosen to extend this period to 30 days to give you more time to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We recommend that you return the item using Special Delivery and insure it at the appropriate value. We cannot accept any responsibility if an item is lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please see our terms and conditions for further details regarding the warranty we offer and your other rights to return items.
Our returns system is the same, regardless of your location in the world.
Returns of Earrings
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for reasons of hygiene.

Please note, that any engraved pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the personalised nature of the sale, unless they are damaged or faulty.
